Meeting is at LOG JAM in downtown Grand Ledge & ALL are welcome!

Meetings are typlically the second Wednesday of the month, excluding January & February.

You can still nominate someone you think would do a good job as a member of the Board of Directors. Send nominations to and please include contact information of your nominee so we can confirm acceptance of the nomination. You can also nominate someone at the annual meeting itself… it begins Wednesday, Dec. 14 at 7:00 p.m. at the Log Jam.

Voting for the Board of Director positions will happen at the
Wednesday, December 14 annual meeting from 8:00 - 9:00 p.m.

Who can vote? If your child participated in GLAYF or GLAYC, you can vote in this election; one ballot per child participating. You can also vote if you become a GLAYF member. To become a member, you need to be 18 or older, live in the operational area of GLAYF, and pay the membership fee ($1) at least 48 hours before the election. We have one last opportunity to become a member before the elections: Monday, Dec. 14, from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. in the Log Jam's front dining room; GLAYF Vice President Jeff Warder will collect membership fees… please bring exactly $1 (so no change will be necessary), and bring identification showing you live in the operational area of GLAYF. The list of eligible voters will be closed at 7:00 p.m., Monday, Dec. 14.

 GLAYF Mission Statement  

To promote the game of Football and Cheer squads, so it may be enjoyed by as many young athletes as possible in the Grand Ledge Area.

Grand Ledge Area Youth Football (GLAYF) is an organization which provides football team and cheer squad opportunities to more than 500 boys and girls in the Grand Ledge area.

GLAYF participates in a traveling league format. All GLAYF home games are played at Byam Field in Grand Ledge (across from Grand Ledge High School stadium). The Football teams and Cheer squads travel to member cities for away games. GLAYF is a member of the Capital Area Youth Football and they generate team schedules & game locations.
